Barbara has dedicated over 30 years to Clarksville, serving as City Clerk Treasurer with integrity and commitment. She has worked hard to build relationships across the state and is a Certified Arkansas Municipal Official. She plans to use her training and experience to best benefit the citizens of Clarksville.
